Watching play offs from last year on ESPN. WOW!!

Behind the scenes stuff. Very moving.

I have my thoughts on how LSU physically handled both Oklahoma and Clemson and I will be able to really get an in depth view again.

No flame at all as LSU also whipped the Dawgs. The way they did it was different, but LSU still won’t

Georgia is good, but not great.

I’ve said it and I believe it - UGA cannot compete at the very top of college football.

Dawgs not in that elite group that Alabama, Ohio State, LSU, and Clemson are currently in.

And, I’m good with the Dawgs being in that #5-10 range!

Bama, OSU and Clemson.

LSU is moving into the bama class altho nobody else has that much talent, are already in the Clemson & tOSU class.

UGA and UF are ready to challenge too.

If bama, UGA, UF or LSU had the schedule tOSU or Clemson have, they would be favorites to get into The Playoffs.

Talent as shown by Recruiting, Draft and NC Game History analyses support this. SEC has won the majority of all NC games, has the only 2 schools with more than 2 Wins in that game, and has 3 of the 5 teams with multiple wins.

Correction, 3 of the six teams with multiple wins.

Boy, arrogance runs rampant with some people! To clarify: You say LSWHO is moving into the top class, and that UF is also getting there. Here are some won-loss records for the last five years:

Clemson 69-5
Bama 66-6
Oh St 61-7
Okl 58-10
Georgia 54-15
LSwho 51-14
Notre Dame 47-14
Mich 47-18
Uf 44-20
Va Tech 40-26

And the last 10 years:
Bama 124-15
Oh St 117-18
Clemson 117-23
Okl 109-25
LSwho 103-28
Ga 100-36
FSU 96-37
ND 92-37
Mich 85-44
Va Tech 84-49

I would say that if you can come within 1 game a year of the leaders, then you can be considered on the same plane as the leaders...for 5 years, that is five games, and for 10 years, that is 10 games. LSwho has 18 less wins than Clemson over five years, and 21 games less than Bama over ten years...sorry, you ain't there yet!!!and you have a long way to go. By the way, during that ten year span, Clemson played all in that 10 year list except Michigan, and has beaten all of them...how many has LSwho played? I will answer that for you...of the teams in the ten year list, LSwho has a 7-13 record the last 10 years, while Clemson has a 19-8 record against those same 10 teams....you guys have a long way to go!

I get so sick of you SEC chest thumpers coming on this board and yell schedule. Y’all act like playing perennial powers like Vanderbilt, Miss State, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee make your schedule sooo tough. Please....Clemson would walk the dog on all those teams year in and year out. And with the way Clemson recruits and develops its players, I believe it would run through the blue bloods of the SEC.

Talent without the wins? You take pride in that?

Stop your schedule argument. If Clemson was an inferior team then Clemson would be getting eliminated in the first round of the playoff every year. That’s only happened once. Clemson has played in 4 of the last five NC games and not because AP voters put us there. We’ve beaten your beloved Bama 2 out of 4. That’s 50% as opposed to the ONE time LSU has beaten them in the last eight years. As for the lame SEC argument that Clemson was not the better team in the 2016 NC game go back and look at the stats or better yet watch the game. Inferior teams don’t control TOP and outgain you by 135 yards. Busted plays by our defense was the only reason that Bama was even in that game and the only reason why Bama won the first matchup after our star cornerback went out with an injury in the second quarter. Bama got lucky in the 2015 NC game and Saban knew it. Alabama could do nothing with Deshaun Watson & his receivers.

But if he is going to argue scheduling...look at my last post. Against the nine other teams in that ten year stint (we played all but Michigan), we were 19-8! LSwho only played five of those teams, and had a record of 7-13...that means that if LSwho played our schedule, they would have a lot more losses! Completely blows out his Clemson doesn't play anybody rhetoric!

You got a TU from me I just did more to squash their lame argument that is not based on fact. I’m sick of hearing “if we had Clemson’s schedule we’d be in the playoff every year.” No you wouldn’t because you would have to play CLEMSON and CLEMSON has proven time and time again that we can beat the best in CFB. One game doesn’t change that no more than one season changes the fact that LSU is still in CFB’s second tier.

I have to agree with you on this. I said it before that LSU will still be loaded and compete for a title whenever we are allowed to play again. Florida is also going to be a monster once they get a decent qb.

That LSU team was really good

We had our chances to have them on the ropes early but we couldn’t capitalize. Tough loss to swallow.

Beating OSU is a nice consolation.

All your posts are the same. You try to put in something positive as if you aren’t trying to troll but you also put in a slight jab as if your not trying to put in a jab. Your not fooling anybody. I just can’t figure out why you come here and post. Other than the jab or you are secretly intrigued by what the tigers have done and are impressed and want to see what it looks like to be on a champions bored.

So, you are right...and you say that if Georgia played Clemson's schedule, then they would make the playoff every year...WELL, if you look at those same ten team on that list up above, Georgia is a dismal 5-8 against those teams! So, I think the evidence does not play in your favor. Clemson has a 19-8 record against those teams, and Jawja is 5-8....apparently, your team does not schedule many good teams to play, and when they do, they fall flat (like the coot game this past year!).

Your are welcome for the accidental thumbs up!

And continuing with the scheduling topic, in the last ten years, Clemson is 16-9 against the SEC, and other than the coots (we were 6-4 the last ten years), we played the top teams in the conference, including taking Auburn to overtime at Auburn the year the won the natty and a 4-1 record against them, Jawja, Texas A&M, Alabama, LSwho...not those sorry teams in the SEC Least conference...Obviously, if Clemson was in the division Jawja is in, they would have a lot more wins (y'all are 5-5 against the coots the last 10 years).

That is right...just declare yourself the winner and give no evidence to support it...sounds like a Jawja fan for sure. You lost, just admit it. I gave the evidence to prove it. The facts that you say we all know are too elusive to find. The facts I gave are apparent. As was implied earlier, if Clemson wins because they have an easy schedule, how could they have the best record in the playoffs?

Reality...Alabama had an easy schedule in 2018, and Clemson exposed to the whole world how easy it was in the championship game, 44-16!!!!! That is the argument you are making, right?
