three times. Once when I got out of bed, once after yardwork/before shower, and again before I went to bed.
At no point was I surprised by what I saw.

Saturday night I took off the shirt that I had worn out, that looks great under strobe lights but is not so comfortable in bed, and replaced it with a soft, 100% cotton tee shirt.
That is part of a sleeping system I have carefully honed over many years.
