and the most talented UGA team in their history, could only put 10 points on the scoreboard? And they couldn’t shut out a team with a new starting QB, new starting RB, and weak OL?

why are ours easily correctable and not Georgia's ?? thats the question, i think both teams will get much better offensively, I sure hope so for our Tigers , who cares if Georgia gets their corrected or not.. but their defense is as good as advertise but unless they fix their issues they will watch bama win the sec again, and if we dont , we could easily watch another loss, cause a lot of acc teams will watch this and see our weaknesses, so hopefully we get it ironed out.>

It was funny last night that a simple "1980" or "41 Years" chant could shut up any Bullpup even drunk and celebrating a huge win over Clemson.

I'm responding to an idiotic post and I guess it's inevitiable someone would chime in like this. For starters, I find it hard to believe there was anything "funny" last night for any Clemson fan. If I'm wrong and you found some way to be amused during that 4 hours, well, good for you. You're probably one of those spouting for months about how Kirby couldn't coach, UGA couldn't win big games, and the only question would be when Dabo took his foot off the pedal. You know why Georgia beats Clemson? Because despite Clemson's success, Georgia always beats Clemson.

Uga does beat Clemson a lot but what do y’all have to show for it? And I feel bad for uga fans, all that talent the last decade and absolutely nothing to show for it. One sec title that’s a sham. It’s a sham because y’all eventually loss to the best team in the sec when it mattered the most. Just like uga always beats Clemson guess what happens? Bama always beats uga.

Gonna be fun to watch them and Kirby choke this one big win away throughout the season. I just hope they can stay undefeated through that "brutal" SEC schedule against Vandy and Scar so they can score 3 points against us on offense again at the end of the year.

You do realize Ga's offense was missing....the starting center, starting RG (Injured 1st series) starting TE and basically 5 of our top 7 WRs. Kirby started (3-star 5.5) Ladd McConkey at wide out for Pete's sake. Daniels had but two receivers who collected 5+ receptions last season on the field. I'm not taking anything away from a very good Clemson defense but OC Monken was severely limited in what he could accomplish in the passing game. It wasn't pretty for Ga offensively but productivity will improve as we get injured players healthy. What you don't want is an unbeaten Bama and Ga facing off in the SEC Championship because a 13-1 Clemson team is going to get bumped from the playoffs by a 13-0 and 12-1 SEC team.

Totally agree, but there's always a first time. I'm thinking the play-off committee would take a 12-1 Ga team with a tougher schedule over a 13-1 Clemson team without a win over a ranked team. Your opponent in the ACC Championship should be ranked but Ga holds a trump card with the win over the Tigers. There will have to be a lot of teams to lose in front of Cu to position the Tigers for the play-offs. There simply isn't any team on your schedule that will benefit your ranking through the course of the season. Who is clemson going to jump in the rankings with the remaining opponents on your schedule? Dabo is behind the 8-ball.

No one knows how “tough” there schedule is yet. Shoot look how many “ranked” teams took on “cupcakes” and lost this weekend or looked bad. I’m definitely disappointed Clemson lost but the O was bad against a team who’s defense will probably be in the 5 five in every defensive category. Both teams Defenses played really well while both Offenses we lacking. Hopefully there’s a rematch in a few months.

I’m a diehard Clemson fan but Notre dame made the playoffs last year after losing the conference championship game.

Georgia beats Clemson but can’t beat Bama. Clemson beats Bama and wins 2 of the past 5 national championships. Bottom line Georgia won this football game but can’t win national championships and that Jack is a Fact. Don’t expect that to change this year or in the future with Kirby “ not so” Smart as your coach. Go Tigers!!!!!

again, dont trash Georgia, everyone keeps forgetting, this is the first game of the season, most teams struggle or did struggle in the first game due to injuries, covid, and new players getting used to the system, give credit to Georgia for winning the game, they will be a team to be reckon with as the season goes on unless someone pulls a upset on them, we have got our own issues to work out.. that being said, Congrats to Georgia, yes im disappointed but dont trash Georgia on their win, both teams struggled offensively last night.
