so not sure if my performance today bodes well for Georgia or Clemson???
Everything was pure today. Knew I was gonna hit it good. Playing partners used the phrase “Majestic” more than a few times. It was indeed. But, tomorrow is another day.
Gonna wear that Clemson shirt again and kinda thinking the Tigers gonna make it back to a solid bowl this year.
Gonna be at Georgia and Oregon on Saturday and driving my Clemson buddies to Clemson and Gt on Monday.
I will post insight and analysis on both games complete with team evaluations.

71 on any real golf course with grass, sand, water and trees is pretty durn good in my book.

Fairways were lush and greens were nice. And, pretty fast. Pretty layout.
Placement is key on this course. Played from the whites. Drove the ball very well. Reached all the par 5s in two except 18 - Birdied 3, 7, and 11 on the par 5s. Crappy bogey on 2 when I put an 8 iron in the trap with terrible lie.
Number 8 is all about not going left. And, I literally was 2 feet from being wet, but scrambled for a par. Stuck an 8 iron to about 2 feet on my approach on 5 for another birdie. Extremely disappointing bogey on 13 when I flew the green and bogeyed. Nice par on the dog leg right 16 - DO NOT BE PAST THAT HOLE PUTTING DOWNHILL!!
Overall, hit it pure. Don’t make my living at golf so just enjoy the nature and friends. The day I take it seriously is the day I walk away. Just a game.

Where is Saluda Valley? There is a Saluda Valley close to Pelzer, SC that I have played a few times, but it was never in the condition you described. Must be a different course.
Great round though...

Yea - that SEC least gauntlet with SC, Missouri, Vandy, FL, TN and Mississippi St looks really tough. If y’all did make the playoffs you’d be too exhausted from that schedule. LOL.

Mark it down. UGA will not make it back to the CFB playoff in 2022. But I do see a decent bowl for you guys.
