Ryan is a winner, and very hard worker. He will only get better, and he certainly deserves a shot at the pros. He was a stalwart in our defense----on of the best in the nation.

When he came here many said he was a token to the nokimitshe brothers but he has proven us wrong and was the secondary’s most valuable player because of his versatility!! He will be missed!
Thank you Ryan!!! ??

Funny how those "tokens" go on to play in the NFL.

I was wondering why I never saw his numbers after the combine. It kinda makes me mad for him. He was project when he came in but he had raw skill. I remember watching his film from high school going "Wow this kid likes to hit." He was the hidden gem out of that Grayson fiasco with Gallman and Schuesler.
He will be in my favorite Tiger category as well. He deserves a shot at the NFL, he's a solid corner. I'm sure the NFL thinks he's too small though SMFH. Work hard Mr. Carter, you'll end up somewhere if those teams have a brain.

Wish you the best Ryan. You have given Clemson everything you had and I appreciate it. No matter what happens from here on out you will always be one of my favorite Tigers. You’ve got a lot of heart and you will succeed in life with or without football. Thanks for choosing Clemson!

That we did get proved to be extremely valuable to our success. Give me a Gallman and Carter over 5 Nkemdiche's.
Carter worked for everything he got. He was one of those guys that you just dont ha e to worry about. He's going to be where he needs to be. He's gonna give it all on every snap. His work ethic and coming from a no-name afterthought recruit to rock solid, multipurpose, do what it takes performer! There is a place on a team for him, somewhere .

Example of a true Clemson man! I really feel for him that he did not receive invite. He is a #### good player. He will eventually get on a squad.... and that team will be dang glad they gave him a chance.
If he was 6ft he would be a 2nd-3rd pick imo. Just shows how competitive NFL is.
