Met be good to identify which sport you are referring to and how the ratings were compiled. For example is this a C&P from another site? If so you should link. If your original calculation then express your methodology

Everything is based off 247 composite rankings of their entire roster.

Miami and Fla State have never lacked talent. There issues have been coaching and player motivation.

Don't forget DISCIPLINE. That's, IMO, has been FSU's and Miami's main issue for quite some time. They never have lacked for talent.

South Carolina has a few former 5 stars on roster, while NC State has 0.

That’s the biggest factor why they are more talented.

I do not disagree with that. I still say that relates more to their membership in the conference as opposed to anything usuc has done to earn a recruit's interest. It is referred to as "the university of second choice" for a reason.

Another key difference is NC State returned so much production and their recruiting class was very small. South Carolina signed a bigger class and Rattler was a 5 star out of high school.

I would take NC State in a head to head matchup.

I don't know. Both are regrettable programs, but "SEC" has allowed usuc in the door at homes where those players have been spurned by the "Big Boys", but they still cling to the "SEC" label.

NC State - don't just look at their current recruiting class - gotta figure in the total roster including all of those who have decided to come back for their sixth year! Look for them to be near the top if not at the top for 2022!!!!
