I am not a huge baseball fan and honestly, don't lose any sleep over whether we win or lose. After football, basketball, soccer and golf, baseball is the 5th Clemson team I follow but I have watched baseball all my life back to the great Yankees with Mantle and Maris and then the Braves of old. What I do know about baseball is if you don't swing the bat you won't hit the ball. Clemson always looks at 3rd strikes and that will not get it done. If the Freshmen cannot hit the ball, put them on the bench and let them watch upperclassmen.

Another good statistic for you is that exit velo over 95 gives you a good chance at hitting a home run. Exit velo of our guys swinging and missing and watching called strike 3’s is 0.
