Rose Bowl Against PAC 12 Champ

There is a chance that this could happen if MSU falls out of the Top 14 after a bad loss to Ohio State. They are not going to have a PAC 12 vs PAC 12 matchup, thus they will picking between the ACC #2: Clemson or the Big 12 #2: Baylor assuming they do not go the NIU/UCF route. Oklahoma beating Ok State at home would probably foil this plan as well.

This is the last year before the four game playoff and the Rose Bowl not getting to choose their opponents every 3 years. You can absolutely bet the farm they will get their Big 10/Pac 12 match up. They will pick a 10-2 Wisconsin if needed.

I think they will go with Michigan State regardless of how much they lose by (I doubt it will be a blow out, heck MSU may win). But it WILL be a Big 10/Pac 12 match up.
