We'd better get it. They will come into Death Valley with with probably the number one offense in the country.
and yes, they lost some good players on defense, but recruited 5 star 300+ lb linemen on defense. They will almost certainly be a top 5 team, and have the best tandem of running backs in the country. They will be a legitimate canditate for a NC bid. We will have to play an extraordinry game in order to have a chance against them. Their OL is great, while ours remains a question mark. Can Rod McDowell really step up and become a legitimate threat at running back? The evidence so far suggests no. Zac Brooks at 185 lbs is a joke. So we have to depend on the incoming freshmen. Same with our secondary: depends on freshmen. I hope UGA is at least a 2 touchdown favorite in this game. In this case, we have a chance. On paper, it's all UGA.

They lost somewhere around 12 off their 2 deep defense. 5 where drafted (I think.) We lost 3 off our defense. Do you honestly think that they are in better shape than we are? They have 1 returning starter from their front 7. Again, do you think that they are better off than we are? Please explain to me how you can come to that conclusion.
I have seen several dog fans post that this years defense is going to be better than last years defense. How can you lose that much experience and think your team will be better? I do not care if every recruit that they brought in was a 5 star. It takes time for them to gel as a team. I would not want a new defense going up against one of the best offenses in the country the first week of the season. Am I wrong in my thinking???
