Parker Harper Proctor Simmons Streeter
In that order. Most had injury problems other than Proctor and he had a weak arm and was a game manager not a qb that wins games.Simmons fumbled too much and pressed throws.Paker was solid other than his last 6 or so games when he was injured.Streeter and Simmons didn't have the talent that Parker,Proctor and Harper had.

Streeter last on that list. He won games with pure heart and determination. He was a gamer!

1) Kyle Parker from an ability stand point leads this pack. His year of 20 TDs and 20 HRs was legendary. His final year was rough for many fans, but was still very productive.
2) Brandon Streeter almost threw for 2000 yards his junior year and played through a ton of injuries. As far as heart goes, he leads this group and because of that eclipses everyone else.
3) Willie Simmons had some awesome games for Clemson. The comeback at UNC is one of my all time favorite memories.
4) Cullen Harper had ability but was at the wrong place at the wrong time. The loss versus Alabama was just the beginning of heart ache; however, Harper wasn't the reason for unrealized expectations.
5) Finally we arrive at Will Proctor. Clemson had an amazing run and blew up GTech on gameday by running the ball. With a senior line and a dynamic running back duo, Clemson looked unstoppable. However, we were eventually exposed for not being able to spread the field. Proctor managed the game well but was certainly the least talented QB of this bunch.

Streeter Parker Simmons Harper Procter
I would rank Harper last, but he had more talent than Procter. I have never been so glad to see a player's college career end as Cullen Harper's.

I'll go Parker Streeter Simmons Harper Proctor
Always wished that Simmons would have had more success at Clemson. I really liked him.
