Random Clemson Baseball history question

I was working in Durham in the early 2000’s and conference tournaments were at Durham Park, which I went to and watched most all games. I’m not sure about Corbin but I remember O’Sullivan being there as an assistant.

There was a guy from Florida St that had hit crazy amount of HR’s during one year. He even hit (if I remember) like 5 in one game. However, I heard later he didn’t get drafted. Does anyone remember or have any perspective on this? Just curious

I was actually thinking 6 in one game but but decided to stay on the conservative side.
