Question: How many protestors have been charged

with INSURRECTION, or SEDITION? How many have been charged with trespassing?

Here is the politico tracker … to your point, none specifically have been convicted of sedition or insurrection though multiple people have been convicted of “obstructing an official proceeding” which would be a predicate offense to above.

But this is the point of your Jan 6th commission as those charges would be reserved for the organizers and that’s what we’re getting to the bottom of. Slowly but surely.

Sedition and insurrection have different meanings. Also, by law insurrection is the same as rebellion and has up to a 10 year sentence. It is also hard to prove their intents, because there are so many people. It's harder to get a conviction even on an individual. It would be a cluster funk and take forever to prosecute those with that many people. They are happy to just get some convictions for those idiots. Sedition, is a more serious charge with many more years locked up. That's when you are trying to overthrow the government.
