They opened the stadium up and the players were made available for autographs other than that I do not remember anything else.

I remember--they had all the players grouped by position under the south stands---that was about it--pictures and autographs.

I was a kid- but we went to Death Valley on a Saturday morning the following weekend after game and all the players were there in their jerseys sitting at tables signing autographs. I have a framed poster from that day with all of the "star players" and coach Ford autographs. Even got my picture with some of the players.

not a whole bunch honestly

that game happened on NYE and the place was a ghost town, just locals (and they were all in Miami). It was a couple weeks before the students got back to campus. They had a celebration, but so much time had passed that the euphoria had waned a bit. If you had the one yesterday on like Feb 1, it most likely wouldn't have drawn as much.

I remember (and still have) the commemorative set of cups they sold at the Canteen. Featured all the big games (not all of them) from UGA, WF, UNC, SCAR, and of course the Orange Bowl. And they sold the orange sodas in the coke machines around campus like regular Cokes.

Don't know where you people were, but we partied every night of the next semester in Johnstone...

Times were different back then. I do believe IPTAY gave Danny the farm he currently lives on.

I know every Clemson fan appreciates the 1981 Team just as much as they appreciate the 2016 NC's. It is a great part of our history that many schools will never realize.

I was at 81 NC game we celebrated all night. I took my daughter to Clemson Saturday so she could experience some of that excitement that I did in 81. She is a 2015 Clemson Grad.
