QB confidence.

A required ingredient for success. Burrow is loaded with it. Same for Mahomes. Their teams feed off it. Same for the retiring great QBs - Rogers and Brady. Both have it and lead their teams with it. For all 4, their confidence I’d say reflects back to coaches too who become more confident in play calling and taking chances.

Confidence ,however does not always breed success .Take Rogers. Four MVP's but only one Super Bowl win and an 0-4 record versus the Niner's in the playoff's.

Burrow is loaded with confidence because he has weapons and he can make any throw - touch, deep, crossing, out etc. Really the only one he has any trouble with is that back shoulder or jump ball on the sideline to Tee he kept a little high but he was probably being safe. Clearly he came to understand defenses completely between his first and second seasons with the corndogs. He even has enough escapability to pick up huge first downs.

Burrow could be the first QB in a long while to win both a National Championship in college and a Super Bowl. Not even The GOAT can make that claim.
