tended to pick the frontrunners so it was mostly a safe bet. In SC, he'll win with Fry and lose with Arrington. And holy balls (just checked the PA results), he may lose twice there -- Oz, who he backed, and Barnett, who is deep MAGA.
And there is no doubt that Cawthorn would have won had he not riled Tillis like he did.

because I don't like Trump. No man that has sold out his name like Oz deserves to hold public office of that level. And, I don't think Barnette is a serious person and the GOP needs serious people right now to move the message.

thought the flurry of panic among Team Trump was that she might beat Oz, when really she was just going to split the vote -- which is worse since she takes them both down.

In our local state house race and guy riding Trump's coattails beat the snot out of a long time incumbent that has represented us well.

Cawthorne was too young and immature to be in Congress...

Call me an old fart, but I just don't think kids in their 20's (or even early 30's) have enough maturity and life experience to provide the wisdom we so desperately need in the US Congress. Especially with today's youthful generation whose mental maturity seems to develop at a later age than previous generations. Party and ideology is immaterial when it comes to this as the same thing goes for AOC and her being too immature to be in Congress.

Yep. That was the biggest source of his downfall.

I don't know if he didn't get mentored by senior leadership or he rejected it, but I think Pelosi must have read AOC the riot act because you stopped hearing/seeing so much of her. And she definitely isn't fighting with leadership anymore. She was looking to go the way of Cawthorn but if she keeps her head down and learns, she may have a bright career (her substance not withstanding).
