Punter next season / Andy Teasdall

I've seen a lot of people who are just now getting the news about Bradley Pinion leaving for the NFL.....yes we had the updates after the bowl game, and I talked to him fairly extensively during bowl practice and after and he is going. He said he realizes he won't get a draft grade, but it changes nothing. He has been told this is the best time for him to try his luck in the NFL and he doesn't mind catching on as a free agent.
As to who punts next season...my early guess is Andy Teasdall. Dabo raved about Teasdall last spring, and he raved about him in the fall. Teasdall punted twice this season, and he hit a 44-yarder in the Russell Athletic Bowl against Oklahoma. He is an original walk on from the Raleigh area. I watched him in pregame warmups prior to the game and grabbed some pics (hey, I knew enough to look ahead) and he was pretty good. My guess is he gets the first chance while they let Alex Spence compete but really focus on field goal kicking.

Kick-offs are a bigger concern, IMO than punts.

Hopefully we will have more Kickoffs than punts this coming season.
Can Teasdall reach the endzone?

Who is the top candidate to handle kickoffs? Spence, Lakip, some other juan? We may miss Bradley as much on kickoffs as in punting.

He is actually from Winston-Salem. He graduated from the same High School as Stuart Scott, R.J. Reynolds.

We'll be in good shape. I watched Spence at every home game this year in warm-ups. I don't ever recall him missing a field goal. He is totally confident whether he's 20 yards out or 50 yards out. I thought we would see him in some games this year, but that didn't happen. Hope he gets in a few kicks next year!
