Props to LSU Football

Almost any other team (looking at you, TA&M) would've cancelled this game, but LSU players insisted that they play, rallied round the family, and started a kid at QB who hadn't played the position since high school (the starter transferred - to TA&M - and second string had had surgery and 3rd string frosh would've had to burn his red shirt) and had been a cornerback in college. LSU had only 38 scholarship players available for the game, but they still played. That was an impressive effort by LSU football last night. That's how you do it, Jimbo & Co.

Yes indeed ... shame on aTm for chickening out and not playing the game! aTm should have given their bench players a chance to be in the limelight!

would almost certainly drop them to their first losing season since 1999, but they suited up anyway. I’m honestly very surprised. No way did I think LSU had that type of culture. Impressive.

He actually went down to LSU for a game bless his heart. He's been to every SEC stadium and says their fans are by far the rudest.
Hard to believe any fans could be worse than grown men barking in your face in Athens.

Oh I still have Jawja as #1 for the worst fan base they can always be counted on to be classless morons. LSU is #2 with the Caacks as #3. I Give LSU the edge over that school in Columbia because there’s really no reason for them to hate us. The U of south Columbia has lived in our shadow for a hundred years and lost to us like 70 times I can understand why they don’t like. LSU fans are jacklegs just for the sake of being jacklegs; we don’t really have any history with them. They are one of those fans bases that don’t understand that if you want to play a football game you need an opponent; why abuse and hate them just because they’re on the other side of the field?

TA&M should have to reduce their spring practices by the same number of days they received prepping for the bowl game. Same for UCLA, Hawaii and any other team that backed out.
