Tony Elliott said the offense needs to just "cut it loose". They are putting pressure on themselves and trying to play perfect which leads to mistakes.

It is that we are a predictable offense that defenses have figured out, and can now easily stop because we don’t have generational talent to overcome the poor scheme.
