Predict what year USCjr beat Clemson in Football?
Jan 21, 2016, 6:42 AM

At the current level of Coot football they should not field a team with the ability to beat us for many years to come. 2019 and beyond at least.

year (and, since he will graduate in December, probably won't), we will have a first year starter at the Roach in 2017. They might have a chance to get us there. If not, beyond 2020.

Take a look at ESPN's top 250....

Clemson has 11 on the current list.
That's more top 250 players in one class than $CU has in both the 2016 class and their entire team combined.
The simple fact of the matter is, $CU doesn't have the talent on either side of the ball to match-up with Clemson and probably won't for years to come; certainly not by 2017. especially after they win fewer than six games again in 2016.

something like 7 and 10 or 15 and 18, a reasonable argument could be made, but that's clearly not the case.
Clemson is signing top 5 and top 10 classes while $CU is struggling to crack the top 30.
They're currently trailing powerhouses like Duke and Kentucky.

Last time I checked, a loss by 1 point is still a loss, and it was at your house, and it is part of your record. I do wish we had cut it loose and stomped a mud hole in the coots, but we didn't this time. Maybe muschump is going to be the answer, but there is no evidence he can stop what we have going either. I doubt he quits mid year. He may get fired for hitting some player, fan or administrator, but that probably isn't a serious offense in cola.

You do realize that you were pretty close to going winless last year. I know the same logic applies to y'all almost beating us and that none of these things happened. USuCk was pretty close to getting in a whole to big to climb out of against UCF which was arguably one of the worst teams in the country. USuCk should have lost to UNC plain and simple. Vandy was also a little close and had opportunities for that to go the other way.
Now again, y'all did win all those just like we won close over y'all so I think the best bet for the fan of a 3-9 team that wasn't far from being 0-12, is to pipe down and just weather the storm.
Muschamp was 28-21 at a school in the hottest recruiting grounds with good tradition and 3 national championships since 1996.
He eeked out 1 good year with Meyer's leftovers (say whatever you want about the mess he cleaned up- it wasn't as bad as people say but was a little messed up).
You now take him as your head coach and there is no way you can believe he was ever the first choice. He floundered at Auburn with 5 stars everywhere.
Where do you see improvement? You have fewer R250 players on your entire team including this class than we do in the 2016 class alone.
You had a walk on QB beat out an overrated QB who should be a safety but was unfairly thrown in as a freshman. Yet you expect another true freshman who is distracted by baseball to overtake him. You lost your best OL, your best playmaker on offense, your top 2 RBs and you expect to compete?
I'd say good luck but I don't mean it.

If $CU finishes 4 - 8 or 5 - 7 next year against an easier schedule, no one other than $CU fans and CussChamp himself will claim the season was a success.
I'll just be happy that you deluded goobers are happy with results like that.
Clemson has a better chance of making the CFB playoffs again in 2016 than $CU has of winning six games and therein lies one of the many major differences between our two programs.

Yes but that first year starter is going to have played a full 11 games most likely , and our talent is just simply better than theirs now ...and into the forseeable future . We should run off about 10 on those chickenstuffers .

I would say 2017 will be there best chance assuming we have a first year starter and they have a QB who is in his 2nd or 3rd year of the cycle. Hard to predict anything because you don't know how much injuries can change an outlook, or coaching changes.
