Seems to bother those that don’t want to have faith or speak good things positive things about tomorrow for our Tigers!
Our Tigers have been incredible over the last 7 years but many of us have been pulling for these Tigers since we can remember. I can remember keeping articles & searching anything I could find about Clemson’s teams when I was 6-7 years old & I was fan from birth. I loved these Tigers long before we were great at anything.
I refuse to bite the hand that feeds me, I’m a fan regardless of us having a 7-0 season or an 0-7 season. If we were 0-7 I would still be positive & expect us to turn it around & win this week.
This is my Tigers ?? & they will always fight to get better. We might be having a down season but some of you need to lighten up a little bit no matter how much you have invested. Many Tiger fans have real life & death issues going on in their life and last thing they need is undue negativity in the sport they look to for an escape.
Don’t let coots & other fan bases here light a fire ??, they wish & dream they had what we have. Remember we have recruits looking at our sites to see how we treat our team during their biggest challenges.
Attacking our team with negativity just brings that in our lives. The only disability is a bad attitude....
The great thing is we have the same staff that built a legendary team over the last 7 years. They will get a handle on this & before you know it we’ll be winning ACC Championships again.
Let’s get behind these kids regardless of what money they or Dabo makes, our AD will handle that part of it.
Let’s go Tigers! Let’s beat the ‘noles who forfeited because of one kid last season after we made the flight!

I too hope this team turns it around. However, from what I have seen, some fairly fundamental staffing changes are gonna have to be made before they get materially better.
We need better recruiting of player talent, not just star rankings. We need to recruit more scholarship now that we are losing folks via the portal.
We need a better offensive scheme and in game play calling.
We need better position coached for Oline, receivers and QB.
Once all those things get addressed, the team will get better. Until then, we are relying on “hope” and hope is not a sreategy.

The staff and players need to step it up. They all will improve, but this season is toast. We need a healthy more mature team to top it all off. We will be in the playoff again within 2 years, maybe next year. Two years is my prediction though.

I've made an effort to have a positive attitude about the remaining games. Tomorrow's FSU game is important to our recruiting--prospects (possibly Manning) will be in attendance.

If we have to wait until a part of this staff matures as coaches in a power 5 league, there will be quite a few more bad seasons in front of Tiger nation. I actually believed during our run to the top, that the days of the past was done as long as Dabo was our HC, and if I said that this season hasn't been heart breaking to see how we've regressed, I would be lying bc I've always felt that our Tigers would someday rise to the top, and we did. I pray that Dabo will do what ever it takes to put us back up there bc, it was a wonderful, prideful feeling cruising at the top of college FB!!!

Your comment on recruiting based on stars is interesting. Something people forget is that in-person and on-campus recruiting were shut down for 15 months only starting back June 1 of this year. Dabo had previously frowned on offering without a campus visit. So 2020 class really didn’t have much choice.

I hate speaking negative about my Tigers ,but facts are facts. There has not been a whole lot positive about this season.
I will also say that the last 7 years, while fantastic, are simple that; the past 7 years. The thing is" What have you done for me lately"? That is the main reason the guy at LSU is gone at the end of the year, and I would bet you a nickel to a donut if Dabo has two bad years(this and next) people would be be "all -in" for wanting him "all-gone"
Like you, I do not believe in "attacking the team" but I have no problem in "attacking the coaches" for failing to correct certain problems, or trying new wrinkles instead of giving us excuse after excuse like I have heard this year, especially those from T.E.
Where I will disagree with you is in the fact we do not have the same staff as we did over the last 7 years. We don't have either Brad ,or Jeff Scott ,and I wish we had both.
One final thought. As in regards to recruits they will read what they want ,or not, and not only on this site, but others team sites as well. These young men are a lot smarter than we give them credit for.

You’re right these kids are smart. They understand what is within their control and what isn’t. They know they can come in and help contribute to winning. They also know they can’t come in and change culture of the fans (see Tennessee). Fans that boo the team or coaches Saturday will do more damage to our possibilities of getting Arch Manning than a loss will.

You could not be more wrong LEFTIE! Dabo could have a lot more than two bad years before people would want him fired! A number of football programs in the country would love to have him right now! The difference between the LSU coach and Dabo could not be clearer. The LSU coach had one SEC Championship Dabe has 7 ACC Champoinships. The LSU coach has one CFB appearance, Dabo has 8. The LSU coach has 1 National Championship, Dabo has 2. And Dabo is one of only 3 programs in history with 10 straight 10 win sensons.

I agree with you 100% Humble. I was even thinking about posting something along the same lines so thank you for saving me some time (Im old and don’t type so fast). For those who say this season is over or toast or whatever, we still have 5 games to play. That’s almost half a season. We only get 12 of these a year ( maybe a couple more if we’re good). I can’t see throwing half of it away. Yes the glass is always half full for me. It is still possible to finish 9-3. That is not a prediction. It is a fact that it is still possible. When NC ST lined up for that 35 or so yard potential game winning field goal in the Valley in 2016 a lot of y’all said it was over. I remember sitting there thinking well if there’s something in these hills now would be a good time…. Against all odds he missed and the Tigers went on to win in overtime. I won’t stop hoping until winning isn’t physically possible. It may not be a strategy but it is a wonderful thing. I’m with you Humble - there’s already enough negativity all around us. I don’t need to contribute any to it.

Good post Humble. It’s fun to win every game. Sometimes Tigers had the game won by mid-second quarter. We’d (fans) walk into the Valley knowing they’d win. But now, we’re not sure if we’re gonna win or not. Doesn’t that add something to the competition? Makes games more interesting. Makes me happier when Tigers complete passes, get good yardage or get the TDS. Go Tigers!!!
