Pllayer Development

Player Development
This Clemson football staff gets a lot of credit for being great recruiters and the recruiting classes in recent years have been among the best in school history.

But I think they don't get enough credit for player development. Everyone wants to talk about how Dabo is

I think the entire staff should get credit for turning out good men that for the most part are a credit to the university as well. I watched and read a couple of interviews of Vic Beasley the last couple of weeks and he makes you feel good to be a Tiger fan.
I do agree that they strength and conditioning staff has received a lot of abuse on the internet over the years. During TB's days at Clemson we recruited speed over size and that helped us compete with FSU but teams like Alabama and some B10, B12 schools kicked us all over the field. Dabo has been recruiting speed and size but more so young men with a good work ethic that have put in the time in the weight room to reset their bodies for college football.

The main question i have is did we lose too much team leadership this year to maintain that team focus on hard work in the off season?

I hope to be very happy with Watson, Reader and Lawson.... I am still not sure who the 4th starting DL will be.

Jayron Kearse steps up and assumes a leadership role. He sounds life he is going to be a vocal leader
and as a coaching leader to the underclassmen. His leadership by example isn't too shabby either.
