Like some of you, I have been disappointed in the inconsistency of the basketball team this season. I came into this season with high hopes that this team could build on the momentum the program built with the NIT run last season. Instead the opposite has happened.

If a sentence starts with instead, it needs a comma after it

"Often" can and should replace "Often times".
Commas are free.
When you think about starting a sentence with "But", try replacing it with "However,".

Give the team a chance, we are replacing the leading scorer and the ACC defensive player of the year... I would expect scoring to be a struggle and the D to suffer......
I have a lot of respect for Brownell.. all his teams at Clemson so far have been better at the end of the season than the beginning, the players also seem to progress as the they return year after year and during the season except for injuries.... I did not like losing to Winthrop nor GardnerWebb but I like beating LSU and Arkansas.... If we beat South Carolina then I will be liking this team....

This type of shortsighted, exaggerated and ill informed opinion irks the Hades out me.
Mickey, you know football and recruiting, perhaps baseball and golf. But you know squat about basketball.
Your opinion about basketball is like preseason ESPN hyped Football polls. Last years success is not a precursor for this years expected success.
Clemson lost so much in KJ. Leader, lion and heart.
This team is a growing team... Young players growing into roles... SRs growing into leaders. This team lost way more than the football team and you are OK with 9-3 bc we lost the best QB during the season. KJ was Sammy, Boyd, Nuk, and DW4 all in one.
Who is the go to guy for Clemson?
I will keep waiting for your answer bc we do not know yet.
Where is the stopper on defense?
I will keep waiting for your answer.
You can rant about the early losses and say Clemson should never lose to _________.
But tell me why?
What is Clemson basketball? What has our basketball team done to prove it should not lose to more seasoned better shooting teams once in a while?
Seriously. You can have an opinion. But when your voice is louder and reaches/affects more of the Clemson community than the typical fan... Then your opinion should be more thought out and knowledgeable.
You do a disservice to Clemson basketball when your drivel gets heard.
You are not All In with Clemson basketball. You are a bandwagon commentator and occasional voice about cu basketball.
Stick to football and baseball. The Clemson community will be better off.
