I agree with you. No need to kick the man when he is down. I liked the man but I didn't like his methods. Unfortunately, the two are not mutually exclusive. Dabo also bears some responsibility for giving him a position he was not ready for. Hopefully, he corrects that decision making process this next time around. I believe he will.

I don't really feel sorry for these people b/c they get such huge buyouts. His contract is for 3 years so they have to buyout the other 2. Plus he will probably get another position within a month or so. It's not like the cashier at Wal-mart losing their job.
