Pinion's kick?

Sep 23, 2012, 3:20 PM

Did Pinion put it out of the endzone on his kick? Just asking b/c he kicked off the time before the big return. If he is more consistent at getting it out of the endzone then imo he should kick off every time.

I think the long return was his kick.

It was his kick. That big return was the turning point in the game.

ESPN says Benton, they could be wrong though.

I believe Dabo said it was Pinion's kick.

Another Clemson reporter who was on the sidelines said it was Pinion.

This is what he said:
"Yup, they were not trying to kick it short. Pinion came in to kickoff for Benton who was struggling and hit the first one deep in the endzone. On the second one Pinion kicked, he hit it off the side of his foot and it was the one they had the long return on."
