Painful comment

Sep 21, 2014, 8:33 AM

Jimbo Fisher stuck a knife in us after the game with the quote "This team (FSU) knows how to win". It appeared obvious after our failure on 4th down in OT that our D did not have the will to fight any longer and was willing to accept defeat. With that said, they should never have been in that position, For 55 minutes they played like Champions and overcame many offensive flubs. Lets hope this was a learning moment and not the beginning of a spiral.

He knew he had a kicker and we didn't.

Can't believe you or anyone thinks he was talking about our defense

> didn't beat us...we beat ourselves.

This statement is becoming so cliche, tired and overused for Clemson football. I guess the other team never has anything to do with the losses. If this is the case, why then is everyone so high on the coaches? Recruiting has been good to excellent the last few years so who's to blame for this perpetual beating ourselves excuse?

recruiting failed in the PK department, big time.***

He wasn't referencing our defense.....He was referencing the list of errors we made that any 1 of would have won us the game. And he is right. If we knew how to win, they get ran out of their own stadium.

Good Teams find a way to Win , We find a way to Lose ! Painful to watch.

Jimbo new they would not win in regulation.

A short field in OT favored FSU's running game. It was the only time FSU was inside the 25 yard line all night.

plus he knows his kicker is money, even if they don't gain a yard.***
