Out of the Box College Football Rule Changes

The conversation around college football has been centered around NIL and Transfer Portal, or how many teams should be in the playoff.

Instead of going down those roads, what's your best suggestion for a rule that would change the game for the better?

Mine...
Every time you punt, it subtracts a point.

If an injury leads to an officials timeout, player cannot return for rest of the drive.

Offensive pass interference should be equal to defensive PI with a 15 yard penalty. A fumble through the endzone that wasn’t recovered should be given to the offense at the point of the fumble and not be a touchback. Down by contact should be implemented in college football.
