Not from some imaginary conspiracy but likely from inadvertent consumption. CUAD needs to identify the source and ensure proper education other prevention options.

Athletic training has had similar issues for 50 year.

As I understand it, the problem arises when a company manufacturing theses supplements uses another name for the illegal drug such as ostarine therefore the user isn’t aware of what he is taking. This perhaps is more common than you might believe. I’ve been told by several health/nutrition professionals that you are at risk if you buy vitamins and supplements made in the orient. I can see the truth in this statement now.
But it all comes down to this..... know what you are injesting in your body.
