Why would anyone listen to what Booger has to say. This is the same guy who before the NC game said that some high schools in Alabama had better O-Lines than Clemson. He just talks to hear his head rattle.

Exactly. He also tweeted me back in August before the season started saying that our OL wouldn't make it out of Auburn alive... 10 wins later, he's grasping for straws.

Head to head loss for Jackson hurts a bit , and if DW4 has a really good showing in our championship game it will be close .
Still think that Jackson wins , but from a 3 loss team that is almost unheard of . Thinking 1987 was the last time that happened .

His claim to fame was # of touchdowns.
I look at many winners of Heisman who were on good teams - Jason White, Weinke, Torretta, Tory Smith, and many others that got the award because they were the QB (or RB) on one of the best teams. I have issue with that reasoning. I wouldn't give it to a guy on a team that totally sucks but I don't think they have to be a top 5 team.
Just like I don't think a team has to be #1 or #2 in their conference for a coach to win coach of the year. A team could really suck #$@+'s historically then finishes 8-4 after going 1-11 for three years before. I would think that coach deserves coach of the year consideration.
That being said, the bloom is off the Lamar rose. If Deshaun is lights out and/or doesn't turn the ball over this Saturday then he has a great shot - unless many voters have turned in their ballots.

Jackson 4928 total yds 51 tds
Watson. 4070 total yds 38 tds
Don't know what to make of it. His (Lamar) completion % is only 57 so there's that. Watson's is 67% Of course I'm biased but even so I can't imagine if a game needed to be won, anyone would take Jackson over Watson. And there is the fact that Watson beat Jackson.
