One big reason we haven’t won these game 2’s

Is because our “stars” haven’t come thru when we needed them. Chris Okey, Chris Williams, Seth Beer and now Logan Davidson have not shown up in these games. No clutch hits with risp early or late in these games. Logan still has time to change that but he’s not off to a good start.

Also our starting pitching has been bad in all 4 of these games.

I remember Seth beer hitting a go ahead grand slam against western a few years back. Don’t place the blame on the stars it’s a team game, when it gets to regionals it just seems we can’t hit good pitching, and our pitching just so happens to be bad too

Yeah that was game ONE of the regional. The title of my post literally says game 2’s of regionals. Good luck finding something Beer did in those 3 games.

And now in game TWO of this regional, our two stars Davidson and Byrd are 0 for 4 with three strikeouts and two left on base.
