Men’s Round 3 has just concluded . . .

Xander doing Xander things again . . . He held the lead with a kick-in birdie on the closing hole . . . He sits @ -14, one shot clear of Matsuyama

Obviously pulling for the Americans but with only 3 Medals given I would not mind seeing Paul Casey (Great Britain) medal as well as Rory.
In regards to a McIlroy, I do pull for him except in team competition against the USA( Ryder Cup or President's Cup).But that also goes for guys like Tommy Fleetwood, and a few other Europeans.

Love Paul Casey and Rory. Two of my favorites but go Xander! Hideki winning would be cool to see tho. He seems like a good guy.

Pulling for team USA as well, but I'm just glad it isn't Patrick Reed at the top and I have another American I can cheer for to win the gold.

I have never pulled for Paul Casey after some nasty things he said about the US team in the Ryder Cup a number of years ago. I think he has mellowed since then, but I have a long memory!
