Old age changes things

New neighbor moved in several weeks ago. Was out for a short(300 yard) jog and saw her at mailbox. She said, good to see somebody else on the block likes to stay in shape. You need to stop by some morning and we can do some loosening up exercises. Maybe one day I say, but right now I put most of my efforts in running.
