She’s good people. My in-laws used to live on her street. Kids always outside playing hoops.

There was a terrific article on her and son Frankie in The Washington Post 5 years ago. You'll have to give them your email to read it, but it's free. And worth the read.
I saw her and her sons in downtown Clemson a couple of years ago and wanted to go up to her to tell her how much I admire her, but chickened out. I wish now that I had.
