Now that Roe v Wade has been overturned, prepare

for the left to react mightily and angrily. Any state that restricts abortion in any way will be targeted. Tournaments will be pulled from host states, other sporting events will be relocated to the degree possible, conventions and such will be relocated. This is their SOP - "Agree with us, or we will make you pay."
It's left vs right, folks, and the left is content with nothing but complete agreement with them. If you decline or refuse - they will do everything they can to make you pay. So much for those Tolerance bumper stickers, huh?

I'm no more or less into the NFL than I ever was. Sorry. You can't paint us all with the same brush that you'd like.

Well, that’s probably the least of what should happen. Pressure on backwards states will (and should) get worse if the court also eventually follows through with similar rulings on gay marriage, contraception, etc.
If a state is telling you they want to go back to the Stone Age…then let’s do everything we can to help them accomplish that goal. Eventually, when the only businesses in the state are a few chick-fil-a’s and a hobby lobby, maybe they will get the message. Even the big evangelical churches will leave because they follow the money as well.

Well, we wouldn't want to limit infanticide. What a backwards way of thinking.

Abortion already had limits in place in almost every state, especially beyond the first trimester…which a majority are ok with. Now there will be places which won’t even allow an early term abortion for cases or rape or incest. I used to think even those who are staunchly anti-abortion rights would have some compassion for the mother in these cases…but I think now we will finally see the kind of cruelty many are willing to inflict on their own neighbors.

Cruelty is cutting the arms and legs off a baby, crushing its skull and sucking it through a vacuum tube. No, actually that is barbarism.

None of which happens in very early term, especially when medication can be administered to terminate a pregnancy. Honestly, I don’t like the idea of abortion either, especially when the fetus becomes viable, but there’s a whole lot of gray area up until that point where I don’t feel it is my right to take away another’s autonomy over their own body.
The extreme…those that believe life begins at conception…are basing their position on their faith, which I believe has no place in policy making in a secular society…but I guess that ship has sailed and we are headed head long into theocratic rule by minority.

I don't think you have to be particularly religious to think abortion (especially abortion used as birth control, i.e. "unwanted pregnancies") is a terrible practice.
