Notre Dame Notes

We lost to a more physical football tonight on the road. We clinched the Atlantic division today. Worth noting. I understand losing sucks, I hate it more than anyone.

Notes:

1: Changes need to be made offensively

2: Cade Klubnik is not the guy(right now)

3: We have to get more physical

4: We are still in line for a great year, but need a strong finish.

5: I am disgusted by how we played tonight coming off of a bye week. No energy and very flat. Expected a much different result.

6: We are not a top 4 team this year and I am okay with admitting it. There are a lot of good teams and before tonight we had the nation's longest active win streak… Clemson is not going anywhere

7: I love this team and still think we can do great things. Got outplayed tonight and it’s going to make us better

We got hammered as bad as I can remember since the loss to WV in the OB a while back. Our defensive front 7 got smeared all night. How many sucker plays did we gobble while the ND RB circled the ends on 3rd and long. Not a lot of pressure on the QB but he did not have to throw much. And our OL did not win any medals tonight either. DJ was an idle target int he first half-really more.He cannot sit in the pocket for long against a good team.

Hope ND does not beat us twice. They sure blasted the Tigers out of national contention tonight. It was embarrassing and some of it lays in our coaches' laps.
