Need an enormous improvement in facilities if we want to be relevant in baseball.

Fans don't win baseball games, pitchers and hitters do and we don't have either.

Serious question though...do we have a designated hitting coach and pitching coach and who are they?

Monte is the hitting coach and See is our pitching coach. We do have grad assistant help but ultimately it's the coaches philosophy.

I can also tell you that we've out recruited ND the last 4 cycles. They rarely have a kid ranked higher than top 500 according to perfect game rankings.

What I can't tell you is how much, if at all they've used transfers. I highly doubt it's that many. So, do they evaluate talent better than us? Do they develop talent better than us. I go with the latter.
