but don't they already have like 2 or 3 pretty good ranked DE's committed for next years class? Are they planning on a few of them to not make it into school for one reason or another?

He probably has a few that he knows will be on probation, and can't leave the state for away games. Isn't that the real reason the SEC are allowed to over recruit every year. So they will have a squad that can leave the state for away games.
