Yes. I've had several pieces that never got delivered recently. I probably wouldn't even know about a couple of them, but I signed up for Informed Delivery a couple years ago, so I can always see what I'm supposed to be getting. And yeah, a few just never got to the mailbox...

I've had a P.O. box for years for important mail

due to a healthy skepticism about delivery to my home.

Still receive generic, mass-mailings at home, but that's it. Even my electric and cable bills are sent to my P.O. box.

typical government run operation. They are bad. I live 1/2 mile from postoffice and never know when or if I will get mail. sometimes 9AM sometimes 5:30pm. One package worth $70.00 they said it was delivered but not to my address.

charges you a box fee for you to come get your mail, but would deliver it to your house for free. I wish some restaurants would operate in this manner.

It's also interesting that the post office is losing millions of dollars every year operating in the red; any non government business operating in these conditions would be forced to close much sooner.

Yes. Some of our routine monthly bills and statements arrived a week or so later than normal this month.

They are probably too busy delivering packages for private companies like UPS who drop them off there and let the postal service deliver them the last couple of miles.

Yes it is government ran… business as usual nothing to see here. I say it often but the government could bank rupt a strip club in Vegas. It’s just what they do unfortunately.
