DeHond is criminally underrated by most all of the services. He reminds me of a Wisconsin lineman...those fellas are big, mean, and not highly rated out of high school, but they churn out NFL draft picks like nobody's business. There's a reason Alabama was our primary competition for him - he can flat out maul people.

I saw him an Kwan Williams on mopeds one summer term....was one of the funniest things I have ever seen...they were way too big for them!!

In the mid to late 80s we had Ty Grainger, OT 6'8" from Easley, and Vance Hammond DT was 6'9".

In the early 2000's Clemson had a walk-on offensive lineman named Nick Deprimio who was 6'9" around 300lbs
