Dating Help Needed

I recently had a girl follow me on Twitter so she is obviously way into me. She has elite chest talent making her a high four star prospect with a chance to be bumped to five stars. The problem is that she appears to be into soccer. Not a single tweet about football. I don’t have high standards, or really any standards for that matter, when it comes to dating. I’ve even asked out fans of Georgia, Florida State, South Carolina, the SEC West, most of the Big Ten, and even a few non-power five team’s fans. But for some reason, I can’t get past this soccer thing.
I’ve been on a long dry spell after breaking up with my last girlfriend over an argument about having to subscribe to her Only Fans page. At this point, I’m willing to try anything. I just ordered “Soccer Boy” and “Max Explains Everything: Soccer Expert“ off Amazon to learn something about the game.
It’s obvious that most posters on this board do well with the ladies, so at least a few of you have had to run into this issue. How did you handle it? Was it worth it? Can women with bad taste in sports change? How do you get girls to go out with you a second time?
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Disclaimer: I was going to take this to the Soccer Board, but I figured nobody would ever see it and the Football Board appears to be open for all topics during the off-season.

Francis Marion is much better at this advice, I’ve been dating the same girl for 30 years and she doesn’t like any of the sports I like and it works out perfectly.

You could also keep it in state and date an Eagle from Rock Hill. Take this date to the Spring game and get an idea of what she thinks and acts like under those conditions. It is called dating, not buying the car.

It is cheaper to pick up somebody at the local truck stop- there are no expectation and if you like her in the morning- you can always get a second date for a few bucks! Just be safe and carry protect- will you know.

I have the perfect plan for you.
Ask her on a date.
Let her talk all about soccer on the first date and show that you are willing to be interested in things she likes. Hopefully she has some other interests so the soccer talk doesn't last too long.
Then on a second date (if she is tolerable on the first) start to explain how football isn't all that different from soccer. Both sports have kickoffs, an offsides penalty and players will kick the ball into the goal 2 or 3 times per game for 1 point each.
Then explain to her that football is even better than soccer because something actually happens in the game between those 2 or 3 kicks into the goal and unlike soccer, sometimes there is even more than 2 or 3 kicks into the goal.
If she takes it as a joke (which it isn't) and plays along then you should continue to explore her as a possible option for a longterm mate. Bonus: If she doesn't already have a college football team, then getting her to fall in love with Clemson should be much easier.
If she gets offended by your comment then she isn't the one and you should refer her to a foreign country where men think soccer is worthwhile.
Qualifier for my advice:
My wife played soccer and had hopes that I would respect the game until we played soccer against each other one day. I have never played soccer in my life and was immediately the superior player because I am an actual athlete. She now realizes that soccer is just something for kids to do to get rid of some of their energy until they are old enough for real sports.

I also forgot to mention that my wife had already fallen quite hard for me prior to me embarrassing her soccer skills.
I would not recommend that sort of behavior too early on in a courtship.

-Soccer girls are usually pretty fit and she'll probably stay that way a while.
-Women's soccer is far more entertaining than men's. They don't flop around when someone barely touches em. No, they're coming back in to the game with blood trickling down their faces. Also, many of them are hot.
-Soccer is on at weird ####### (mods, I used the dirty word again) times in the early morning. She'll watch while you're asleep.
-You can go watch her and her hot friends play at rec leagues for years.
-Just talk about how you don't know a lot about soccer, but you always respect women's a lot more than men's because they're tougher and take the sport more seriously and they should get paid as much if not more than men and yada yada yada all the way to the bedroom.
