at #1 would have given us the direct path to NC...while now at #3 we will be the bridesmaid that doesn't go to the alter since Bama & Oregon will finish at 1 & 2 IMO, and us at #3 and out of it.

What do you think?!

South Carolina, and locking it with beating Miami.

And Texas A&M would've jumped to #1 or #2 had they beaten Bama.

Yeah if Oregon and Bama go undefeated, it will be tough for us. I think we might edge them in the computers with our schedule.. especially if the coastal produces at top 15 for us to play in the ACCCG, but the voters will be in love with Bama vs Oregon.

Not that I blame them, they will be worthy teams if that happens so we just have to hope we bring our A game all year and see what happens.

I really, really hate to sound like Leftie here, but we have two wins right now. I think we would be wise to get to at least 8 or 9 wins before we start thinking about scenarios where we will get left out or get put into the NC game. It is a really long season, and we are only just getting started. At this point, I almost wish we were ranked somewhere between 5-10, if only because I don't want anyone on this team to think we have arrived and don't have to play to our full potential every game.
