no gun. no gun, gun?

Sep 23, 2016, 7:32 PM

not saying he did not have one, I was not there. But if he did, it was the police that placed it at his feet. If he didn't, it was still the police that placed it at his feet.(being that he is handcuffed and dead)

Now is it standard police protocol to move a weapon after establishing a crime scene, or did they place it there for another reason?

Hasn't it already been established that a gun was recovered at the scene?

I knew from the start the guy wasn't just sitting there reading a book....

you dont know squat and neither do I. What I am saying is the gun did not appear by the curb until long after the altercation. I have provided you photographic evidence of this.

no, but seriously

Sep 23, 2016, 8:18 PM

due to the angles of those pics, could it be possible the gun is in the shadow in the first two?

Possible Vince Foster actually killed himself.***

no, entirely not possible. the sun moves east to west, not the other way around.

badge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

not sure whatcha mean there

Sep 23, 2016, 8:33 PM

I don't necessarily believe my theory, just throwing it out for discussion.

it appears a couple of those leaves move around on the ground (wind obviously could do that and not blow a gun around a parking lot)

the last shot is just so different than the first two that it seems plausible that it could have been hiding in plain sight the whole time.

new to the 3rd pic the tree branches, yellow tape, two less cops and whatever that white pile is.

Re: not sure whatcha mean there

Sep 23, 2016, 8:37 PM

pretty obvious in the second picture that it was not there before they secured the crime scene. Now it is entirely possible that they removed it from him and placed it there, but that would be shoddy police work. that being said, it would have been just as easy for a cop to plant it there after the fact. Again, I have no idea what happened, just pointing this out.

badge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

i agree

Sep 23, 2016, 8:51 PM

so one time my cop friend informed of what is called a drop bag.

it's that little dime bag o weed/droogz that every cop carries in case they need to drop it at the scene as evidence. While i still don't know how serious he was it has always stuck with me.

think of it like this though, if you were going to plant the gun, wouldn't you do that first? and if you are going to take it off of the vic/perp, wouldn't it go straight to anywhere but the ground like that? just seems odd to drop a firearm on the ground last for a photo op. especially being aware that whoever this was was right there taking pics.

They said the gun had his prints and DNA on it. Might be the

reason for the delay. If they planted the gun. If.

Re: i agree

Sep 23, 2016, 8:55 PM [ in reply to i agree ]

these were undercovers, not your typical patrol cop. the likelihood one of them had a stinger strapped to his ankle is pretty good.

so the NY times video out there

Sep 23, 2016, 11:26 PM

filmed by the wife has an interesting theory with it.

check out around the 2:00--2:02 mark and it looks as if a gun magically appears on the ground at the feet of the black cop. (i feel like you can see something at 1:57 and also, if you are planting a gun, do you really just drop it? wouldn't you place carefully on the ground, and it's not close to the same spot as in the pics)

could be something, could be nothing interesting either way and also proves my theory: video in LANDSCAPE for the love of mothra!!!!!!

Re: so the NY times video out there

good catch, it looks like something does get tossed onto the ground, hard to tell what. and yes, vertical cell footage drives me nuts.

Re: so the NY times video out there

Sep 23, 2016, 11:45 PM

these are the reasons i try not to jump to conclusions on these type of incidents.

the dash cam may show an entirely different thing. it may confirm what the cell footage shows. who knows?

watching her video, who is she talking to when reporting the location and filming at the same time? she working two phones or was that like a facebook live or facetime or snapchat type deal going on?

i trust this dude.

Sep 24, 2016, 11:46 AM

and i think it happens.

he willfully admits that there are bad cops and good cops. he doesn't like bad cops either.

he seems fair, pulled a kid over who 20 years old and going to turn 21 within a month. The kid had a 6 pack of beer and two were missing. He made him pour them out and told him to not be a dumb #### for the next month and to carry on. Could have been a lot worse for the kid.

he also pulled two white dudes in a neighborhood they shouldn't have been in. pounds of weed in the car, leads to stash house, leads to grow op out in the country. call it profiling, call it good police work, but it turned out to be one of the biggest weed busts in the county, ever.

also, he almost got killed when a bad guy drove into the side of his car to pin him between the door and the car.

he says talking to me keeps him sane, because when you are around cops all the time, well group think sets in.

this is why i don't always assume the cop or the perp was wrong in these situations. there are usually two sides and it's more than a 5 second cell phone vid that we get from the news.

Just going by the photos, it looks like the third is taken from a higher vantage point than the first two. Is it possible the gun is hidden behind the curb in the first two photos?

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Re: no, but seriously

Sep 24, 2016, 11:00 AM

I can see where the curb meets the road in all three pics.

Re: no, but seriously

Sep 24, 2016, 11:30 AM

Yea I looked at it again. I was basing my comment on the difference in the shadows as well. The third pic may not in fact be from an elevated viewpoint. The third pic was taken later in the day so the difference in the length of the shadows is explained.

"I knew from the start the guy wasn't just sitting there reading a book"

So without ANY facts at all, which you base a bunch of your opinions off of so called facts, your first assumption was you knew he wasn't reading a book? You're one funny ####!!!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Re: no gun. no gun, gun?

Sep 24, 2016, 11:57 AM

I didn't know 100%, but the likely hood of the cops rolling up and shooting a man sitting in his car reading are pretty close to zero....

And I was right. If I was wrong though I would have no problem saying wow, that's awful, those cops should all be in prison....I wouldn't deflect and skate around the facts like so many of you do.

certainly, people with traumatic brain injury should not have access to fire arms.
