Nick using transfer portal to replace Moseley?

247 Sports' Chris Hummer and Hank South both expect former Tennessee sophomore LB Henry To'o To'o to transfer to Alabama.
Nothing is set in stone for To'o To'o (6'2/225) and the eventual Alabama commitment is just speculation. However, Hummer heard from sources a few weeks ago that Alabama (along with USC and a couple others) were for sure in the mix for To'o To'o. Alabama is losing LB Dylan Moses to the NFL, so a two-year starter and former four-star recruit like To'o' To'o could be the perfect fix for that vacancy. Stay tuned over the next few days for a potential move from To'o To'o.

Nick is the best ever. And some of you people don't think we should use it to our advantage. Lets just let other teams improve while we stand pat and continue to get beat in the playoffs by those teams.

The transfer portal is the present and future for any school that has needs that are not on campus.

Pretty sure I understand and know that there are those that agree.
So, now, whose scholarship are you going to pull. Or, maybe better, what current CU scholarship football player will you chase off during spring practice. According to Dabo, 84 of the 85 scholarships are committed. And, you'd like to have one sitting around to reward the overachieving walk-on.
So, please list the players that you, if you were the HC, would be OUT. And, remember that you have to go back on the road after the pandemic, sitting across the room from moms and dads, and tell them that you're going to have their son's back.
Finally, why would Dabo have named a coach "director of football scouting" and "portal recruiting coordinator" if he were not planning to be kept aware of talent in the portal.

It is clear that Bama simply runs people off.
In the past 4 signings.
Bama has signed 101
Clemson has 87
Before anyone brings up early draft entries, those 4 year totals do not include red shirts from year 5.
So, where did the 16 go that Bama signed? Who will be thrown out for more transfers?
I can see an occasional transfer - but do not support building a team with portal.
I don’t like the way some basketball teams are doing it every year . Recruit, develop, build.

Nick may be the best right now but never heard of said UT player. Sounds like a risky move. That or maybe his recruiting is falling off some and there is a hint of desperation?

He just signed the highest ranked class in the history of college football so his "recruiting is falling off" because he just signed a top 50 player they heavily recruited initially out of the transfer portal? Sounds like a risky move because "you've never heard of him" and is a hint of desperation? Are you really that stupid?
