We really broke the mold & moved up this week

It was a good Job by the Tigers, we had ground to gain on the top contenders & half the teams lost including Alabama.
A few more weekends of not losing & undefeated teams going down & we’ll be right back in the thick of things. It’s looking pretty good if we get our act together soon.
Just keep improving Tigers & we might just keep our streak of ACC Championships going. We could sneak into the playoffs! It would be an incredible comeback for sure..let’s go Tigers!

Open Date and looks like only team in poll with only 3 wins so far. Quite the accomplishment.

we may not... but, i don't think it's a definite, yet. another loss, and there's no question. but, if you finish w/ 8 straight wins, 9 w/ a conference championship.. and, your 2 losses came w/in the first 4 weeks and one to the #1 team by a pick six, and the other in double overtime... i think there's a solid chance you get in. cause you have to know that IF the above scenario pans out, the world will have a different attitude towards clemson in dec/jan than they do in sept/oct.
but, if they don't "get a little better each week" on offense, they'll lose another one, and the chance for a seventh straight playoff appearance.

In that scenario the offense cant get better each week, they have to start scoring like 70 points a week from here on out to get anyone to notice. Im still hopeful for a conference title but the playoffs are a pipe dream in my opinion.

oh, it's a pipedream.. but, it's not impossible. it would take a bunch of teams to lose a game, or two. if there ends up being 4 or 5 undefeated, or 1-loss, teams then "no".
don't get me wrong, i'm not saying it's probable or even likely.. it's not. but, some people act like there's an actual list of teams that have been eliminated from playoff contention. show me that list.

have one, this was a pretty good week to have it. It was kind of fun to just be a football fan for one weekend...especially with some of the tight games. Just hate how many underdogs choked them away late.

no other team needed a bye more than clemson. now, whether it did them any good is yet to be seen.
