Annually, for a 20 team B10 with Washington & Oregon.

Who will be the 4 SEC team for 2 20 team mega conferences

and we thought bringing in Navy to the ACC would help coerce ND. B1G making real moves.

ND is contractually obligated to join the ACC if the school joins a conference. I have no idea if there is a loophole in the contract.

Let the rest of PAC 12 merge in with the Mtn. West or Big 12. Clemson, FSU, Miami and UNC go out to $EC and the red of the ACC mix it up with the AAC.

It makes sense ... it could happen. It's also an amiable way for the B1G, ESPN, FOX Sports, and College Football to point a gun at Notre Dame's head to threaten Notre Dame with no gateway to the playoffs if outside a conference.
