My thoughts on KB and future

KB was the best Qb last year. Although Hunter Johnson should of played the second half against Alabama.

Now with that said KB is not the best this year. Trevor Lawrence is and if he does not start. It proves Dabo is playing KB for seniority. I want to win a national championship. For that to happen Trevor Lawrence has to be the guy. Move KB to wide receiver and run some creative stuff with him. Let him pass it a little as a wide receiver. He could do great in that role. I believe the pieces are there to win a national championship this year but KB is not the answer. He might would win in Acc play. But he can’t beat Alabama. It’s the facts

Couldn't agree more. I've accepted the fact that KB was the best choice "last year". He looks like the the 3rd best qb at best this year. If he starts after the D-Line returns to win a natty would be unforgivable by the coaches. KB cannot move the ball vs. top defenses (see Bama & Clem spring game)

Agree. KB looked like the #3 or #4 QB today. There is NO WAY that should happen to a Senior QB who was the starter for 13 games last year. The fact that Dabo is unwilling to name the starting QB after today tells you the writing is on the wall for KB. He needs to switch positions, transfer or be prepared to ride the pine.

Tricky deal with a QB controversy. IMO...KB is AT BEST the third best QB this year. I would probably start Johnson or Lawrence with Brice holding the clipboard, so to speak.

Johnson is a very good QB and would start for most....overwhelming majority...of schools in the USA. I think I've gotta try him for the Furman game at least and see how he does. If like I think...good...then to TA and M . But, how do you keep TL on the bench?

Anyone remember Wally Woodham and Jimmy Jordon?
That worked pretty good.(Google it).

I agree with a lot of that, although I don't think playing Tom Brady in the second half would have changed anything the way Bama's D was playing.

KB looked like the 4th best QB out there. I don't think he's a bad QB and I know the spring rules limit him, but we've got better options. He is not an NFL QB and will have to consider changing positions if he is looking for a future in football after college.

Braxton Miller is in Houston catching passes from DW these days.

He had a nagging shoulder injury from that Orange Bowl that caused him to miss the entire next season. When he tried to come back, J.T. Barrett had won Big Ten POY and Cardale Jones had won a Natty. So he changed positions.
