My Nana is smiling down from Heaven tonight.

She passed away in 1998 when I was five years old but she was the biggest Braves fan in history.

The woman made sure her family was there in 1974 when Hank Aaron hit is 715th home run and broke the Babe’s record. Didn’t give my Papa a choice in the matter.

We finally did it again Nana!

I’m sure my Grandpa was right there with her, he passed in 1999. He’s the reason our whole family are Braves fans.

I’m sure my grandpa is right there with her there smiling. He was the biggest Braves fan I knew. Lost him in 2007 a week before I turned 19. Gonna go put some red and blue flowers on his grave tomorrow, and say we did it Pop!

My momma and daddy are home in heaven as well! They loved their Braves! Our family watched every game together we could while eating my momma delicious cooking! Best times ever. Talk about a points party. Oh it’s on!!

Old folks, families and Braves go together! Many years of TBS pulling for Dale Murphy and bad Braves' teams. Congrats to all Brave fans out there and up there!!

Glenn Hubbard was one of my old time favorites, and mostly bc he was a really good 2nd baseman that played for my favorite Pro BB team, and that was my position I loved playing back in the day. Go Braves!!!!

Phone Network" during baseball season. They would call each other up during the Braves games on TV, and have a running commentary on the game. She and the rest of that network are all smiling down from heaven now about the Braves finally taking the title again. :)
