My biggest concern regarding fans

who constantly degrade our coaching staff and players is I believe most would cower if they were held to the same standard and expectations.
I also believe that most of our fans who hold themselves to a high standard and/or are held to a high standard at work, understand the immense pressure that our players and coaches are under and are likely granting our team a little grace right now.

IF I was a 5 star recruit acting like my in game play was acceptable while playing like a 2 star and I had any kind of backbone I'd lay my jersey on Dabo's desk and say let someone else play.

I don’t want to see him drop his jersey on Dabo’s desk, ala Rudy’s teammates. I want to see him keep grinding and doing everything possible to get better. While he is lacking in numerous areas, I think we all can see some bad play calling, shortcomings at other key positions and injuries etc… that are compounding our problems.

Tiger fans care. We are vocal and we want our teams to win. With that said, I understand we can't win 'em all. Want to see improvement. Our D is top notch. Special teams are okay, but Potter needs to do better. And our Offense still not great. DJ still struggling. Shipley and Mafah are terrific. Oline mediocre. Receivers actually made catches today. Coaching will always be scrutinized. Just the way it is when they make millions.

immense amounts of money to perform and that carries expectations. If Tony Elliot was JUST getting $200,000, I would give him some slack. But he has made enough that if he got fired tomorrow, he would never have to work again. So, yeah, I expect a return on that money.
Unfortunately, NIL is going to create that same pressure on the star kids, and that is going to be sad to see the treatment these kids get because of it.

Money should not have anything to do with whether they are criticized or not. They are making what the market will bear and if you could make that kind of money you probably would take it. Performance is what matters and what should be scrutinized.

This is an unusual season for the Tiger Nation. The team deserves our support and patience.
We've had a great turaround of the program and some FANTASTIC years.
The faint of heart could best serve the program by turning in their armchair QB permits.

That's sports. It's like that everywhere in the world. They are held to high expectations, especially when millions of dollars being thrown around in salaries. You add all of that to passionate fans that have high standards you will get critical fans. The fans have been invested for decades. Every year is crucial. Some of our great fans won't even be alive for next season.

We're not supposed to be back in this place. You don't go from such a high place to such a low without a Coaching change. This is outside what could have been reasonably projected. A lot of people pay close attention and this was NOT reasonably predictable based on any logic. Epic Fail.

wow, it's almost like someone has to actually go out and play the games. Name me a single program besides Alabama that, in the last decade, hasn't had a season that did not go as "reasonably predicted" by those "people pay(ing) close attention." This place is become a parody site of what terrible fans are like.

If I got paid what our I.C. makes and performed like he performs, I would without a doubt get fired.
T.E. is the only coach I have a problem with. That's not saying the offensive staff is great, but T.E. is responsible for them.
