and 1967. That is quite an accomplishment to win it twice in the same year.
You would think with 2 contributing authors (and i use that term loosely) at least one of them could have proof read the copy.

Steve Spurrier is $CU's version of Tommy Bowden.
In his tenure at The University of Second Choice, Spurrier has no conference championships and no BCS Bowl apperances.
His ONLY notable accomplishment (other than landing the program on NCAA probation and a 5th place ring) is his record against Clemson.

Alabama (Under some fellow named Saban) LOST to Auburn "4 in a row".......
I think Bama recovered quite nicely....
As will our Tigers!!!
At that point, the dirtpeckers will once again be relegated to mediocrity as has been their unglorious history!
They are truely pathetic!!
GO TIGERS!!!!

I don't buy into the ACC is always weak and will always be

weak mantra. And even if it is true we played better competition than the Coots for most of the last 100 years. And in that time we went to many big bowls and they never went to one until the 1990's. This is all revisionist history created by the FSU years from the 1990's and 2000's. BUT we Tiger fans all know the truth of 100+ years and so I will never buy into the Coot propaganda and I will call them on it all the time.
They want to tear down Clemson but they can not. Clemson, despite the last 4 years, is clearly the better program in the state and always has been.
GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fail to mention that during WWII and a couple of years thereafter, Clemson had so many young men in service fighting for America, they were barely able to field a team. Several guys who went to Clemson were in military programs in Columbia and played for the chickens. One, a guy named Gary,{last name escapes me}, was ordered to play for the chickens and became to only person to be captain for both Tigers and chickens. After the war, and players returned to Clemson, it was business a usual, whipping chickens.
