He’s got a pitcher just cruising and filling up the zone, but he just has to play the “analytics“ and bring in a lefty to face a lefty. Then what a shocker, there goes the lead. He just has zero feel for the game.

Both pitchers have come in after very little warm up. Then they can't find the zone.

Monte’s team is 3-0. You may want to call and apologize to Mr. Lee for your derogatory remarks. Why can’t you know it all wannabe coaches wait at least until we are really deeper into the season before starting all the moaning and complaining. It’s a new season. Give the coach a chance.

Seems like some people only give coaches a very short leash. My leash has been long for Brownlee. Time for him to go. Well I feel I should give Monte a little more leash. He has been mediocre at best but I feel he should get a pass for 2021 since we never got a see what could have been for 2020. But this year should be put up for shut up for Mr. Lee. Make the tourney or time to find someone else. Baseball isn’t like basketball. We have a very good history and we need to be a top 25 ball club.

This post is spot on, Brad needs to resign after the next four games, Monte deserve at least one if not two more seasons, I was a big hire Monte fan, but he has not produced. However I don’t say pull the plug on him after the season unless it’s another NCAA tournament miss

He deserve seasons 7 AND 8 after leading us to our worst season in modern history in season 6? Not to mention he’s closing in on earning more than Jack did in his entire tenure while guiding us to exactly ZERO super regionals or college World Series. The dumbing down of our expectations for baseball (while entirely predictable) is quite pathetic.

Did you even read my post? I said he unless he misses the postseason this year, he should get another season. you can’t fire a guy who makes the postseason in baseball. If he does not make the NCAA tournament this year he should be fired, period. If he does make the NCAA tournament and has a good showing, he should get another year, and the following year he needs to make a super regional or should he should resign. read the post before you fire off a response

So just making the NCAA is good enough after 7 full seasons? Are you also aware that he only has a single year left on his contract? Jack was denied the opportunity to complete the final year of his contract. Lee has earned more grace somehow? We fired a guy who went to 6 CWS and only failed to do so every four seasons once. 6 YEARS WITHOUT ADVANCING PAST A REGIONAL and now the tourney is the standard? So no matter how much you parse then statement I replied to the sentiment is ridiculous.

No such thing with his teams. Monte needs every win he can get. If doesn't get to a Super this season his ### is as good as gone. Clemson has been more than patient with him and Brownie !!!

Boy if that isn’t some wisdom, crossing guards keep kids safe, Lee gets paid half a million a year to win baseball games, not to keep grown men safe

He wants to keep his job. He isn't going to throw a guys arm off when he is done. His job is to have players to play not sit on the bench hurt. He wants to win as bad as anyone. College baseball has a problem not enough grants other colleges can give academic rides Clemson does not do this. The reality is we are not going to make the supers or CWS every year the cards are stacked against the teams that can't give academic full rides. You are going to see football and other sports become middle of the road as kids want playing time and nil etc. No matter how good you think you should be!

All teams can they just have what is it now 11.5 or something like that. Vanderbilt is one that has academic money to throw around that is one reason why they are so good these days.
