Mizzou before & a bye AFTER Clemson

Watching that video stirred me right up.


BC hosts Missouri the week before we go up there for the first October game, but then they get a bye AFTER playing us.

I can't imagine sitting on a loss for two weeks like that but OUCH.

You're right; we get them at home two years in a row. That must have been where I screwed up. I can't keep up with all the advantages on our slate this season, but getting BC at home again definitely counts!

Regardless, YIKES for BC. I never thought they had a chance (& I'm still not sure why others do), but this stretch for them is harrowing to say the least. That's gonna be an awful bye, for sure. Heal up, inside & out!

it will be played in Death Valley. Even though this will be the third consecutive game played at Clemson. 2020 was a "plug-in schedule" from the ACC due to the Scam-Demic.

Totally agree.

I can't decide if it's irony or poetic justice, but the 2020 season we thought would be horrendous ended up being better for us than we ever could have prepared for without the pandemic (including the highest-watched ACC game in history), & this year is consequently the opposite but loaded with so many built-in advantages (notably home games, lack of the toughest tests in-league, & no bye-week opponents), I maybe subconsciously forget some of them.

BC, for example, man, I'll never forget that game being in DV last year!
